Tres Leche – Heavy Cream, Condensed milk, Evaporated milk soaked cake, filling with Fresh cream.
Dulce de leche – Double boil Condensed milk, toffee milk, with vanilla sponge filling with fresh whip cream frosting with toffee sauce on top.
German Black Forest – Bottom layer black forest with second layer vanilla cream with caramelized almonds(nogut) third layer chocolate truffle, frosting with fresh cream drizzled with chocolate flakes and caramelized almonds.
Strawberry Shortcake – Short Bread Cookie based cake and thin layer of chocolate ganache and vanilla sponge with fresh strawberry filling in middle layer .
